Terrible Service, Highway Robbery

Took my truck to this local dealership due to noise in the front end. An hour after I was there the service rep, Travis Geyman, came and updated me on my vehicle`s diagnosis status. I was told that all four ball joints needed replaced and my warranty companies adjuster would have to come and inspect the claim before approving it. While the rep was in the waiting room with me I mentioned that the A/C was blowing just ... view morea little warm but nothing terrible. He told me they would check into it. About an hour and a half later Travis Geyman came back for another update, he said he had contacted the warranty companies adjuster and he could come the following friday to inspect the repairs needed. Travis also told me that my A/C was in fact marginally low and that the mechanic had filled it to completely full of freon. The service rep left and finally came back about one hour later. Note I was at this place for a total of four hours. Travis Geyman, the service rep, returned to tell me that an appointment was made for my claim to be inspected the following week and that my warranty company does not cover the refilling of my A/C system. I asked why i wasnt asked before they had done this or why the warranty company was not contacted prior to completing any repairs at all like it says in the warranty agreement. Mr. Geyman`s response was that ` thats not how they do it here`. I made him aware that this was something totally unorthadox and not within the written service agreement
