Sloppy Work

I took my car to ORS Auto Body and Collision after I had an accident to have repairs done and when I got it back the interior of my car was filthy. What kind of place gives your car back to you dirtier than when it was brought in? I am very disappointed with their work ethics. They hardly ever answer the phone and the man that works at the desk usually that is supposed to answer the phone as well is a dishonest id... view moreiot. You`ll be lucky to ever figure out when you`re car will be ready. Do not go here to get your windows tinted period. My car wasn`t cleaned after they tinted the windows, it was cleaner when I brought it in than when I left with it. Doing the job right means cleaning up after your mess! Staff was rude also. I have taken 2 cars to this place and been dissatisfied on both occasions, especially after taking a closer look at the cars. Just fixing a car isn`t enough, if you want to be a better business then make the cars that you send back to the owners look great instead of sloppily done and looking like you clearly only cared about getting paid. A customer should feel cared about.
