I can`t Believe I was Stupid enough to buy from here

Lets just say I went to cosign for a car and turned out to be the owner!!! I had a warranty and was told when I Took the car in for repairs after only having it for two months that I had no warranty.(My mistake I should have paid more attention to what I was signing) I took the car in to be repaired on wednesday and was told before I even got back home that it would be ready in two hours. Please tell me why they did... view moren`t start work on the car until that Fri. Not to mention when we picked the car up and paid for the repairs (which we shouldn`t have had to pay for anyway) that as we were on our way back home the wheel felt like it was going to fall off. I`m no genius but if you take a car in to be worked on and it comes back to you in worse condition than when you left it; even if they offer to fix it shouldn`t you be entitled to your money back???? I mean and honest buisness should have no quams with that. Well needless to say since they screwed my car up they offered to put me in a loaner since they couldn`t fix my car until that Monday. The owener himself told me he would get this all straightened out and give me a call frist thing monday morning!!! At least he was trying right? WRONG!!! He just was saying whatever he could to get me off his lot. Told me he would give me my money back on Monday. Ishouldn`t have believed him!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyway I get a call Monday afternoon from some sales person telling me my car is ready. When I can`t even pick the damn thing up cause the other pseron who was going with me had already gone to work.I then ask to speak to someone about getting my 200 dollars back and was told that they spent my money to buy more parts for the car to fix what they had screwed up!!!!! Then I was mad and went off!!! Threatened them with a lawyer and told them i would be there the following day to pick up my car then hung up. (that is the jist of the conversation anyway)

One would think that would be then end of the story, but I couldn`t be that lucky. When we go to pick up the car we are told that we are not allowed to pick it up until we talk to Summer and Ron. Now let me tell you a little something that really made me mad but I decided that I wanted my car no matter what it took. I was so tired of arguing at that point it wasn`t funny. So I went to talk to them only to be yelled at to apologize. They told me that I needed to apologize to them to get my car back or they would put a mechanice lein on the car!!!!!!!!!!!!

BOY oh BOY if I knew then What I know now I probably could have had the police involved. I had a recipt staing that I piad in full for my srevices and a mechanics lein can only go into effect if you refuse to pay for the services rendered. Look it up and find out for yourselves. I was lied to and hoodwinked from beginning to end and Summer probably still thinks I am stupid enough to finance a warrenty through them!!! MY Goodness.I don`t think that I have ever been treated so badly in all my life. Yet she still have the gaul to tell me that she doesn`t want me to think they do dirty business. WHAT A LOAD OF Nonsense!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well after having the car for just over two months and enjoying it what little time we could we traded that hunker in the day we picked it up from the shop!!!! I wanted to own nothing that had anything to do with them and am very happy with my decision and Loving my almost new 2007 Versa from Enterprise.

RENIGGED ON A DEAL

I was looking online one day at a couple certified pre-owned vehicle lots trying to find a good reliable vehicle, I came across AUTO BANC and saw they had some good SUV`s. I send an inquiry for a 2003 chevy trailblazer and they return my call telling me to come on down and they will put me in it! I get ready and drive all the way to nicholasville kentucky and when I arrive on the lot the first thing they wanted to do... view more was PUSH me in a SHIDDY azz Intrepid! I was like....""no no no no!"" I want that chevy trailblazer....response was ""the bank will not approve you for that since your credit score is so low"" I then began to walk away and was leaving the lot when Ronnie stops me and says. ""HOW ABOUT THIS 99 CHEVY S-10?"" I looked at it and it was a NICE vehicle, it had 3 doors and only 56K miles on it. I took it for a test drive and decided I would take it. I go in, sign forms, references, insurance...all that balogna! and I drive off the lot with my chevy s-10!! AFTER TWO MONTHS OF DRIVING IT THEY CALL ME UP ONE DAY AND TELL ME THAT THEY ARE GOING TO HAVE TO COME AND GET MY TRUCK! THEY RENIGGED ON THE FLUCKING DEAL!!!!!!! I ask why and they tell me it`s because the BANK has DENIED you! The night before they came and got my truck I went out and BURNT THE TIRES OFF! WENT AND BOUGHT SOME CLOROX AND TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS! BLEW THE SPEAKERS OUT OF THE TRUCK AND PROBABLY BROKE THE U-JOINTS.....LMFAO.....I now am paying for a 2003 Dodge durango slt plus from a place called BIG BLUE AUTOS.

great deal on car, took ove 6 weeks for them to pay off my trade!!!!

I have never been late on a car payment and after I traded my car in, I had already paid 2 NEW car payments before they sent my payoff to GMAC. I am supposed to check and make sure it doesn`t show up as a late payment on my credit report. I don`t understand what the problem was. I called half a dozen times to check on it and all they kept telling me was, ""we already sent it.""

Do not buy from Auto Banc!

Sales staff lie, cajole and do not back up their promises, or their advertised commercial specials. Do not trust these guys. My deal included fixing a top ""which would only cost $50"". They reneged on that one (and it cost me $308 to fix myself). Did not clean the car up as promised and did not provide a $1000 shopping spree with every purchase as promised. I hate to believe that used car salesmen are as bad as they are portrayed, but in this case, unfortunately, it is true.

Worst customer service experienced! Has false tv ads! Buyers Beware!!

Not a member of the Better Business Beureau. Wonder why?? Worst mistake i`ve ever made is purchasing a truck from Auto Banc of Nicholasville. Managment will not call you back. Salesman lie to you. Please be very careful when choosing a place to purchase your vehicle.
