Honest and Fair

I used Ulmer`s for years, but as is often so true, we sometimes forget to be verbal when things are good. The service is excellent, but the best part is that you can trust them. They have never tried to sell me something I didn`t need and I have always been able to believe what they tell me. The best example is when I had a terrible brake noise, took the car and told them to replace the brakes since I was sure it ... view morehad been a long time since I had replaced them. I was pleasantly surprised when they called me, said there was dirt in the drums. They used their air pump to clean the brakes and told me I was good for another 20 or 30 thousand miles.

Service you can trust!

The service at Ulmer`s Auto Care was exceptional. From the moment I stepped in the door for drop off this morning to picking up my vehicle this evening, I was extremely satisfied. Many of my friends have talked about Ulmer`s for a long time and recently I decided I needed to experience the service for myself. WOW...I am really behind the curve on this one. As far as my vehicle, I was given a loaner car to take to wor... view morek and my vehicle was ready for pickup at 4:30 this afternoon. They put 4 tires on the car, front brakes and performed a full inspection. The work was done foir a fair price and all with a great warranty. I will be back!
