Overpriced and Rude

I called this business looking for a quote to get new exhaust pipes put on my car. They quoted new pipes at $300.00 to $400.00. I called another local business and they quoted me $50-$100 for the same job. Just the pipes. I already had the muffler and resonator. I felt this was a huge difference and needed to be addressed. I called the Muffler House again for more information regarding the pricing and what they... view more offer. The man that answered was very rude and hung the phone up on me in mid conversation. I was very polite and was just asking questions. I tried calling numerous times after the hang up but the phone was never picked up. If this is how they treat customers trying to get a simple quote, I can only imagine how they treat people that actually bring their vehicles there for a new exhaust.
