Unbelievable
I am a single parent that works 2 jobs to support my child. I was told to try NBW. The salesman was constantly running back and fourth from me to Eric trying to find a vechile that would suit me. He finally recommended a ChevyS-10. It was a nice truck. Low miles, 4X4, overall nice interior. There was some damage on the truck from recent storm. I test drove the truck and noticed that almost every light was on i... view moren the dash. I asked this other salesman what was wrong with truck, since my original salesguy was too busy talking on phone. I was told nothing at all was wrong. Even went and got someone to look at it. needless to say 2 days after driving truck off the lot, I was driving ti to a garage. I found out that the damn thing had a cracked head. NBW wouldn""t work with me for anything. So for somebody to say that normal up keep is their responsibility is full of themselves. It is also the car lots responsibility to make sure their inventory is worth selling.

crapy cars for too much $$$
first off, all the guys where sitting around on their phones but where all well educated on the cars on the lot, i purchased my first car. a 2003 jetta from the lot for the low price of $4500 worst money i ever spent i got the car home and the sun roof wouldn`t close, two days later the battery quit and the break rotors where glazed which meant they needed to be resurfaced, and the pads where worn out that was almo... view morest $200 for the breaks alone, the engine light was on due to a bad o2 sensor which was another $70 and slowly over the last 3 months my ""car"" has slowly been deteriorating my glove box has broken the seat latches to let down the seats broke on the back seats the trunk has to be slammed to get it to shut the check engine light is on again and the engine idles really rough sometimes it takes 2 or 3 trys for the engine to turn over, the odometer reads 112538 miles, not to mention the fenders dont match up to the bumper in the front of the car and 3 of the 4 wheels have curb rash and the body is scuffed on the front bumper, turnk and roof (i would never have bought the car if i knew it was scuffed)than today i got a flat due to a nail on the ground, so of course i went to get the ""spare tire"" i pulled it out and noticed it was low on air and as i was looking at it the inside of the tire is bawled and you can see the chord/belt that holds it together and their is a huge bulge in one section of the tire and on top of that my car didnt even come with a tire iron or a car jack which if i had driven it today this would have left me stranded. but back to the lot, as written above my post it was a smooth transaction when compared to others but the boss was insulting and also on th phone the entire time as well as his employees they claimed it was a quality car and as time passes i wish more and more i hadnt bought this P.O.S.
P.S. i do not drive the car hard its the 2.0 4 cylinder verssion, im guilty of speeding but i do not race the car or ""tear it up"" and their fore i would strongly recomend to NEVER invest money in a car from north broadway auto sales.

Better Than Some
While they are overpriced, they are a buy here pay here lot. No surprise there. I have been late with payments, and they do call you. But, they are not that bad to deal with. They have never threatened to repo my car. I have been charged a late payment ONCE. That was because I was almost 2 weeks late on the payment. Single mom, recently. The charge was really low, though. I like my car. It had really low miles and lo... view morets of extras(DVD player built in, remote start-factory, lumbar). I paid probably 2-3000 more than it was worth, but hey, in my situation, I had to take it. They car itself is in really decent shape. I have had a couple of issues. Thermostat needed replaced, battery ends rusted off and had to replace it. When I was late, I told them I had to spend my car payment to fix the car. They didn`t like it, but were never rude or threatening. All in all, I think they are a decent little lot and not as bad as some others. Hey, at least they don`t put that thing on your car where it won`t start when you are late with the payment. LOL

Great Place
I had a good experience at this place. I purchased a 2001 Pontiac Grand Am GT with 207,000 miles on it. We replaced rotors and brakes on the car ( which is normal up keep of a car, if you can`t afford up keep don`t buy a car). That`s all that we have had to do to this car and I have now had it 9 months and it now has 225,000 miles on it and is still running and driving like a champ!!! Regular oil changes and that`s a... view morell I have had to do with this car. After 6 months of paying the car payments ON TIME, I was able to use my payment history with North Broadway to get a small $2,000 loan threw my credit union to pay the car off with them and build my credit. PAY YOUR PAYMENTS ON TIME AND THEY ARE GREAT PEOPLE AND WILLING TO BEND BACKWARDS, NORMAL UP KEEP AND COMMON SENSE AND THE CAR WILL LAST YOU.

Dont ever do buisness with these people
We bought a car from North broadway. We had the car for 4 months, and have already replaced brake pads, rotors, replaced all 4 tires, and now the exhaust needs to be fixed. When we first purchased it the windshield wipers were not working and they ""fixed them"". The day after we drove off the lot with the car, the winshield motor stopped working. The condition was we wouldnt put a down payment on the car until they ... view morewere fixed. Needless to say....They refused to fix it. To top it off, we had never missed a payment or been late on a payment. We recently have endured a financial hard spot, because we live paycheck to paycheck with 2 kids. We called them to ask if we could pay half until we got the rest in 5 days and they went crazy on us. They yelled and cussed and said we knew that before we bought it. They made nasty threats to repo over and over again.... And judging by the people that deal with the payments, they are living pay check to pay check also..or at least it seems that way to me. They are very unprofessional, and considering all the payments we have made in a timely manner, seems to me that they could be a little bit more respectful. PLEASE DO NOT GET BURNED BY THESE PEOPLE. They will not help you! As soon as you get off the lot, you had better get your payment in a day early, or they will call you over and over and over again the day its due, or harass you and make you feel like SH** if you are late. After all, everyone is just trying to survive right? We dont need jerks like them!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!!!!
First off I`d Like to start by saying I must be completely utterly insane for having done buisness with these people. That being said I`d like to walk you through my experience I`ve had (so far) with them. I bought a 2000 chevy cavalier in august of 07. The car itself is worth about 2500 at best. They ended up letting it go for close to 8 g`s. Which is pretty steep, but considering my situation at the time I had to d... view moreo somthing fast. Less than a month later I`m sitting in traffic and all the sudden the heat gauge spikes, the car is engulfed in smoke, and then procedes to die without warning. In just 20 seconds no less!! I`m no certified mechanic but I know enough about cars to know that I just got the shaft from this buisness. But wait there`s more. When I towed it to my mechanic for the verdict, he almost broke into tears from laughter after I told him where I got it from. He then confessed to me that nearly 40% of his buisness came from cars bought from north broadway. About a day later I got a call fom him to learn that I had completely destroyed the head gasket. In 20 seconds no less. The bill ended up costing me roughly 1600. Almost double than what I paid for the down payment. I nearly lost my job and not to mention my house trying to survive without a car for 4 month`s. About 5 day`s after my car broke down I informed north broadway that I was going to be 2 day`s late on the payment. I live paycheck to paycheck so I ended up having to borrow money off of friends (which I`m still trying to pay back). They absolutely went off the deepend on me. They bullied me, made extremely condiscending remarks about my situation, and threatened to repo my car and stick me with the rest of the bill. Luckily I got the money sooner than expected.
Since then the car has broken down several time`s I`ve ended up going further into a debt which I won`t be getting out of anytime soon from repairs. Even as I`m typing this my car is broke down on the side of new cirle road.

Run by a bunch of criminals
I recently purchased a Malabu from North Broadway auto sales. First, the car did not have seat belts in the back seat. I didnt know this at the time of purchase. I mean who checks for seat belts???? t is illegal to ride without a seat belt so it must be illegal to sell a car without seat belts in it. Second, i was late with a $60 payment. After 4 days they came and repo`d the car, tried to charge me a $200 repo... view more fee, then they had the audacity to put the seat belts in it and tell me that the car had seat belts in it all along. I told them to keep the car and I will take my business elsewhere. They are a bunch of criminals and I would think twice about doing buisness with anyone whose office is in a trailor. MAJOR RED FLAG!!!!!!
