These are the good ole guys you wish you`d found a long time ago. I`ve always ended up with a much lower bill and better work here than I would have gotten at the stealership or any other repair shop. I`ve always just dropped the car off and let them do their thing, I dont bother them with constant updates or act like I know more than them and I always have the same outcome; great work at a fair price. They never d... view moreo anything without asking though they will make sure your car is safe and will bring any possible problems (other than what you brought it in for) to your attention just so you know it may need fixing in the future. I like this place a lot and always recommend it to friends looking for repairs.

Don`t Even Bother Taking Your ...
Don`t Even Bother Taking Your Car to These Clowns! I took my car to Farrell`s Car Care to have a new distibutor installed. It took a whole week before I got it back. It ran for a few days and began to show ignition problems( hard starting), so immediately returned it to Farrell`s on Thursday, March 31. Was told it was either the distibutor they installed was faulty, or they had improperly installed it, and that it w... view moreould be replaced. The following Monday I was told the replacement would be ready that day. No call back. I gave them until Wednesday with no response. I contacted them and was this time told they had to order the part. I work in the automotive industry, and that part can be purchased in person at any number of auto parts stores locally. Fair enough, I thought, I`ll give them the time they need. That Friday, I called again and was told the car was being worked on as we spoke and I`d be contacted that day. No response. The car was there over the entire weekend since they do not keep weekend hours. The second Monday rolls around, my wife calls, same story "it`s being done at that moment and will be ready that day or the next. No contact at all from Farrell`s for the whole of two weeks and one day from the time the car was dropped off. Wednesday of the second week I stopped by in person and had a friendly chat with the mechanic who was in charge of the repair. He did comment how on much he liked the car, which had come up before in conversations with the owner, Don. At that time he proceded to offer me a trade for an old IRoC he has. I told him I could not part with my car and besides it is my daily driver, so I really needed it back or it would start to affect my availability at work. Two more days pass and still no word on my vehicle, so on Friday, June 15 I have ceased to be nice. My wife contacted them and was told they would not be fixing the car at all, would not continue to work on the car at all, and was mocked over the phone when she asked for a refund. I was less than nice when I spoke to Don, but told him to stop whatever he was doing with the car and went directly there in the middle of my work day to pick up the car just to be sure they would not have it for a third weekend in a row. Why would you want to trade for a car that cannot be fixed? In short, they are liars, and if you have a car they take a shine to you may never get it back. Oh, and my gas tank was half full when I dropped it off. Got it back with 1/8 of a tank. Apparently joyriding is a part of their very unprofessional and unskilled diagnostic service.
