I have been taking my vehicles to University Auto for a few years now. The team of technicians are always thorough with the repairs needed, but I have never felt that an unnecessary repair was made. The pricing for labor is competitive and very reasonable. I have always been able to get my vehicles in to be repaired in a timely fashion. Great work all around.

When I had a problem with my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse I took it to University Auto. Randy and the rest of the guys were extremely helpful for finding the problem with the wiring in my car. It didn?ˆ™t even take a day and I was back on the road. Thanks again.

My car was making some weird noises and I stopped here to have it checked. It ended up being just a loose bolt and they fixed it right there at no charge! It was so nice of them to do that! Such great service. They could have told me it was something expensive but they didn`t. I would definitely trust them with some real repair work!

I have been a University Auto Service customer for over some 20+ years. With all of my visits, I have found them to be very thorough with inspecting my vehicles. I almost always go with Jerry?ˆ™s recommendations. His vehicle inspections are very thorough, and that?ˆ™s why I go see Jerry. I?ˆ™d rather be safe than sorry and up to date on any preventative measures I can take.

Before I took my Nissan to University Auto Service, a different shop quoted me $600 more for my brake job!! University Auto charged me less and offered me an excellent extended warranty plan. Jerry and his staff treated me with the utmost hospitality. I will recommend all my friends and to give them a call. Keep up the great work!

It is very mind easing when my son goes to school. The past mechanics have made mistakes and left him on the side of the road with a broke down car. Ever since University I have yet to have another one of those phone calls.

My car was making an odd noise, and I remember not too long ago my co-worker spoke with me about a new shop he had found so I figured I`d try them out. And very surprisingly University turned out to go beyond my expectations. They were super friendly, and only told me what I needed to fix. Everything ran super affordable and I will be using them for my regular maintenance.

I went in to University Auto Service to get an oil change and they really went above and beyond to show great customer service. With something as small as an oil change, they washed my windows and vacuumed out my car! Everyone there was pleasant and wasn`t trying to up-sell me a bunch of stuff I didn`t need. I was impressed with the level of customer service I received and would recommend them to anyone!

I would not be back again.

Having seen good review online, I went there to change oil. They first charged me $42 for because it includes visiual inspection. After I presented their coupon, which should be included in $19.99 category, they lowered it to $35. The money is not big deal, but I have never paid more than $30 for oil change, every of which included with visiual inspection. I am the new customer to them and will not be anymore. I don`... view moret like anyone who is not honest.

Fantastic Job

These guys are the real deal. Don`t expect to go get an oil change then find out that you need things replaced that you have never heard of because these guys are honest. I would go back to them with another car any day.
