Fantastic place of business. Lot is outstanding and kept in great shape. When it came to looking at the different models, everything had a certain way to it, where it wasnt easy, but definitely fun to shop. Staff was perfect. Not hard on me or my wife, but efficient and very helpful.

Very poor experience. Saw vehicle (used) on website and took a week of going back and forth to determine if they still had the vehicle and what price they were asking (they showed a reduced price on the website, but I was told that was an error when I called). I negotiated price over phone and flew in from out of town with a check in hand. The interior of the vehicle was filthy, trash and dog hair all over, nothin... view moreg had been done to it since it was traded in. You would think they would have cleaned it knowing I was flying in from out of town. What should have been a one-hour process took four. I was so eager to get out of there I left without getting the title. When I called back the following day I found out they had to request a duplicate title, they sold me the vehicle and didn`t even have the title! Its been three weeks now and I still do not have the title. I have had to call on at least three issues since I purchased the vehicle and have never gotten a return call from my first message, I have had to follow up multiple times. Other than a salesperson or the receptionist, I have never had anyone answer their phone, I always go to voice mail. Stay away...

Great Sales Experience
I don`t have the best credit but have to have a reliable car since I have 3 school age children and work full time. I talked to Steve Whittaker and told him what I wanted and my budget and he found the perfect car. He also had Kim Clay in the loan department help me get a loan at a good rate and a very affordable payment. Thanks Steve and Kim!!

UNBELIEVABLE
Buying a car from this dealership may be an okay experience. But, getting your title, registration and license plate is something else again. I have been lied to repeatedly about this and have had it with the whole outfit. Bought my third and last new car from them.

The deal was unscrupulous
They were dishonest: They lied to me, they tried to intimidate me, then they bullied me to try and keep a deal closed al... view morel the way.
This deal is not legal or good: and should be deemed null and void
2nd Complaint:
It was not a fair and legal business transaction:
The bottom line is that they are selling products not disclosed
They mishandled my paperwork: financial institution not honored; they continuously changed the financial #?ˆ™s (money) No warranty; yet it IS still under factory warranty?ˆ¦no paperwork showing certified; but the `assured` me it had been
