Do NOT use Quality Car Car LLC; 605 Trent Street, Norton VA
Hard to tell if this is the correct place or not- as the address we have does not even show up on Google Maps.IF THIS IS THE SAME PLACE AS QUALITY CAR CARE LLC, 605 TRENT STREET, NORTON VA; well, be forwarned. They do not warranty their work apparently, in particular, if you buy a used part through them, have them put it in, they will not replace the part without an additional charge. Case in point: Had them put a us... view moreed transmission in on June 3, 2011. Transmission went out YESTERDAY- July 26, 2011. Supposedly a 60 day warranty on the transmission. Fine. But- we`re still going to be charged a MINIMUM of $200.00?? LABOR? This makes no sense. If you WARRANTY your work, if you are a reputable company, then there should BE no charge for replacing or repairing something YOUR BUSINESS put in. Simple. I asked about this at the time the transmission was put in, and the woman I spoke with in person (*running around putting out items for a garage sale, and acting too busy to actually answer my questions in a business-like manner*)- the only answers I kept getting out of her, was that the place they got the transmission from wouldn`t warranty the labor. Well of COURSE NOT LADY! They WOULDN`T warranty their work, because THEY didn`t do any work!!! It is YOUR SHOP that should be warrantying the labor- not the damned junk yard! YOUR PLACE OF BUSINESS NEEDS TO OFFER THE WARRANTY FOR THE WORK PERFORMED AND NOT TRY TO CHARGE CUSTOMERS ANOTHER 2 OR 300.00 FOR REPLACING OR REPAIRING WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE CORRECTLY IN THE FIRST PLACE! If you Value your SANITY, avoid this place like the plague.

Not to be trusted
I took my moped to Quality Car Care on Jun 29, 2009, in the hope that they would be able to repair the moped. They took it in with no problems and had informed them that I assumed that it was the carburetor. I left the moped with them and came back later and was informed that the carburetor and jets were clean, so it could not be the problem. They had got it running, but it would still die out from time to time. ... view moreThey informed me that it was either or both the electronic choke or the idle air control valve, and that they would not be able to fix it, that I would need to take it back to the shop I bought it at. The noted that it would not be required to fix these problems because they would not stop the use of the moped. Since they are the ""expert`s"", I in good faith, took them at their word, paid them for the work, got my statement, and went on my way. Since I am trying to sell the moped and want it in working order for the person that buys it I gave it over to a friend that works in a auto shop in Martinsville VA. On August 20, 2009, I was informed that the problem was the carburetor and that the moped is running in perfect order. I called Quality Care Care on August 21, 2009 and asked to be refunded the money, since they had not cleaned or it seems even checked the carburetor out. They informed me that I should have brought the moped back to them if it was not running right. I then pointed out the fact that they said:
1. They told me it was not the carburetor or jets.
2. That it would still die out from time to time.
3. That it was either or both the electronic choke or idle air control valve.
4. That I would need to take it back to the shop that I bought the moped from.
I would not therefore need to bring it back to them in their own words. They refused to refund.
