I had my daughter take my mini van to this repair center on 6/8. I will have to say I am very disappointed with the customer service, the man whom she dealt with was very rude to her and he was rude to me over the phone. My daughter was only running the errand for me and did not deserve to be treated with such disrespect. In a very nasty tone over the phone, he told me that I had to bring the van in when it was havin... view moreg a problem for them to diagnose it. He then proceeded to blow the horn in the phone to show me that he couldn`t hear any unusual sounds when it was blown. My reply to him was that on 6/6 and on 6/7 it was having problems. When I called him on 6/7, he told me to bring it in the next morning (6/8). There was no way to know that the problem would not be there the next day. He raised his voice to both me and my daughter and acted very put out that we even brought the van there in the first place. I am ashamed to admit, I chose them based on all of the positive reviews on YP.com, I was looking forward to getting to the root cause of my problem with my van, boy was I wrong. So, this much is for sure, I will NOT be going back there. Especially if they are going to treat their customers like their business does not matter to them.

The guys are fast and friendly...

The guys are fast and friendly, had me out of there in about 20 minutes. It was $35 for an oil change, which I guess is slightly above average. Most places I`ve been to also rotate tires, top off my fluids, and use a synthetic oil blend for the same price. No worries though, these guys are trustworthy and very quick and knowledgeable.

Lee`s Auto is great! Very reasonable prices, and timely service. Even with major repairs, their prices are sometimes 1/2 the price of other places. It`s worth the drive!
