DO NOT EVER take your car here to get repaired. Don lied about how much he would charge me just to get my business. I ended up spending my last just to get my car back. I was not satisfied with the repairs that were made and it took a month for them to fix my car.. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Don`t let them tow your car!!!

My two sons were in an accident that badly damaged the car in Pleasant Ridge. The one who was driving hit an electric pole which fell on the car. No one was hurt. My husband went to the scene and the police, firemen, and tow truck were there. Apparently, the policeman called Russ Auto Body & Towing Inc. My husband was handed a business card from the towing company by the police. We had no choice. When my husband... view more called later, he was told that it will cost us $145+tax! They also said that we could sign our title over to them and they will take care of its disposal but we still had to pay the tow fee. The person NEGLECTED TO TELL HIM ABOUT ANY STORAGE FEES. When I called two days later, they tacked on a $75 storage fee--$25/day! When I questioned the guy about it, he said he does not know who my husband spoke with and did not even apologize. My husband called a junkyard instead. We signed the title over to the junkyard and he paid us $300 and towed it to his lot for free. I had to pay Russ approx. $240. What a scam!
