I`ve done business with raben for years now, but my last set of tires is the last I will buy from them. They gave me a good deal on my tires and was great to deal with when I got them, but a month later I discovered they removed my tire sensors and didn`t put any back on, so I took the truck back to them and they told me it would cost $350.00 to put new sensors back on. I told them that the truck came to there shop w... view moreith sensors, I wanted it to leave with sensors. I was told that I would have to pay for them. I asked if my old ones could have been put back on the truck when the new tires were, he said yes and didn`t know why they weren`t. I ask him to see if my old ones were still there and he said no, I`m not going to look, I`m sure there not there. I said let me get this strait, if you guys leave parts off of someones truck, you won`t replace it,but expect the owner to pay you for putting the new part back on, the same part you forgot to replace. He said something that cost that much, yes.... I don`t know about everyone else, but I want my truck coming out of the shop with all its parts, and telling someone there have to pay for parts left off is no way to get a repeat customer, I`ve been going there for 10 years, and this April was my last visit, ill find a place that makes things right when they make a mistake.
