Great Service Department

I was avoiding taking my car to the doctor for quite some time. It was one of those things where my car kept adding more and more symptoms, and I just didn`t have the time or money to deal with all of them. I had a crack in my windshield, my brakes were shot, I had a break light out, AND to top all that off, I was waaay past due for an oil change. I live right now the street from the Kia Store Clarksville, and I pass it everyday to and fro work. I kept hearing commercials for their service department and how it was a 1 stop shop. One day I got off work early and figured I would swing in their to see what they could do for me. The staff was very polite, and very honest. They said that they could fix everything for me and give me an oil change, for a seemingly reasonable price. They also told me that since my car was licensed in Kentucky and so was my insurance that I could get my windshield fixed for free, if I called my insurance. That was refreshing for a auto mechanic to not overcharge me for a service I didn`t need.

We bought a Kia Soul last Saturday, I went in with a really negative attitude and came away a fan . Our salesman Dean was super and the deal seemed more than fair.

Best Used Cars Clarskville IN has to offer!

When I made the decision to beging looking at suv`s last november. I got on Kia Store Clarksville website. As soon as I inquired I had a immediate response from Bob. It took me till April 12th, A couple days before dreaded tax day to finally pay a visit to Kia Store Clarksville. I knew as far as vehicles go that Kia would be my top options. He looked at me for a few seconds then said, ""I have been calling you since December. I really appreciate you coming in and, I really really appreciate you asking for me! Now lets get this over with because I am sick of you...we had a good laugh then we went and took a look at some Kia`s. I left my old car at the dealership and went home with A Kia Sportage. I got the best price possible, ( perk of using the internet). It was a very relaxing experience. No pressure.at all!

Great Clarksville Cars

I recently bought a car from the Kia Store Clarksville IN. I had a very good experience. If I still live in the area I will be buying my next car from them as well. I did the majority of my shopping online. They have some of the best used cars Clarksville Indiana has to offer. MARK YOUR TIRES & whatever else!

I love my Kia Sportage - and the purchase deal went fine. I just took it in to the service department for my first maintenance package which included the usual (oil change, inspections, tire rotation, etc.). Prior to arriving at the dealer I marked my tires out of curiosity sake. After the service - I had to confront someone in the sales area to finally notice me after a lengthy wait. After paying $59.00 for the pa... view moreckage, I left the lot forgetting to check the markings on my tires. I pulled over in a parking lot to check my markings and lo and behold - the tires HAD NOT BEEN ROTATED. I turned right around and went back to the service department to complain. Amy, the receptionist was very helpful - she went back and told the mechanics. Amy called her manager and the $59.00 was refunded and the tires were actually rotated. The manager offered NO APOLOGY nor did the mechanic who returned my keys. This was my first experience with their service department - I just hope everything else I PAID for was actually performed. BUYER BE AWARE!

Nice car dealership

I just got a new Kia Rio from Kia Store Clarksville and I love my car, great gas mileage. The people at Kia Store Clarksville were very nice and loads of fun. They keep it casual and like to have fun with the customers which made everything feel more relaxed and comfortable. I left actually feeling like I had a good time and enjoyed the people there, not very common when visiting a car dealership.
