Substandard service department
I give one star across the board because rating does not allow a zero star rating. My vehicle was serviced under warranty at this location. The techs marked all "ok" on inspection sheet. After leaving, a tire was still losing air and a wiper blade had not been replaced. I now have to wonder if anything else they say was "ok" is not actually "ok".

the service dept at Neil Huffman should be called the "disservice department"
I bought a new 2010 Mazda CX7 in January 2010. At that time I paid a lot of money to have a remote start installed and they assured me that the remote start system would be under warranty. They kept putting me off about the actual installation, telling me that they were out of stock. Finally in June 2010 the system was installed (not exactly when I needed it). The system only works if the ambient temp is above 3... view more0 degrees and if you are less than 50 feet from the vehicle (it is supposed to be 300ft).
Not only have they refused to fix it, the service dept manager strongly and rudely told me to take my car somewhere else. Altogether I wasted at least 20 hours of my time and ended up with a lot of aggravation.
Neil Huffman has had multiple opportunities to fix things and it has been obvious that my frustration is a significant source of amusement for their service department whose only talent has been to tell me my vehicle is fixed so I will go away and then have to drive back and wait some more.
I am not a masochist. When I realize a business is not going to fulfill their obligations and that all I am going to get is frustration and humiliation, I do not go back for more, I just take my business somewhere else.
If you want to buy a car with the expectation that they honor warranty issues in a competent manner, you need to go somewhere else.

I bought a used 2004 Mazda Tribute w/60000 miles for my daughter from this bunch. At the time of purchase the airbag light would not go out and I was assured it would be fixed when we picked it up. Not only was it not fixed then but after taking the vehicle back numerous times it never was fixed. I finally had to take it to another Mazda dealer who found the problem immediately but also charged me $375 to fix it. ... view more They also only could find one key for the vehicle and charged me $140 to have another made. Three weeks later they call and tell me they have found the extra keys that should have come with the vehicle when it was purchased. I will never do business with them again and their service department is virtually useless. Buyers beware.
