HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!We purchased a car and was told that the warranty would be effective in 10 days but wait 14 days to make a claim. Transmission is slipping and should be covered under warranty. We have been denied repairs 3 times and was told by warranty company claims were denied due to preexisting conditions. Went back to car lot and have been giving the run around for 2 1/2 months. Needless to say the car ha... view mores been sitting at the mechanics more than 1/2 the time that we`ve owned it. Automotive Solutions had us come back in and issued us another warranty only to have it denied and blamed us for submitting the initial claim too soon. The contract said wait 10 days from purchase, we took the car to the mechanic and filed our initial claim 15 days from the date of purchase. Getting an attorney and contacting the Better Business Bureau. DON`T BE FOOLED BECAUSE THE CAR LOOKS GOOD ON THE OUTSIDE!!!!!

I drove some distance to buy a car from these guys. They had a relatively rare car that I really wanted. Anyway I could not make it there by closing but they stayed open for me. The salesmen that I talked to on the phone was extremely nice and easy to work with. Because I had been shopping for some time for a new car all that week I had cash with me because most individuals will not take checks. I drove the car ... view moreand loved it so I decided to buy it that day. When I paid for the car I counted my money and handed it to them filled out the paperwork and drove the new car home. When I counted what I had left in my wallet I was short 1000 dollars. I looked all over the car, checked all over the house everywhere. How did I lose 1000 dollars =(. Two days later the salesmen called me to inform me they were 1000 over on the deposit. I could not believe that I could have been dumb enough to over pay for anything. Especially by 1000 dollars. LONG story short. I gave them 1000 extra and had no idea that happened. They called me to let me know and refunded the money right away. They could have easily pocked the cash and I would have never even known, but they did not. These guys are great, they are not crooks, they are not liars, and I would trust them with anything. In today?ˆ™s society a little bit of honesty can go a long way and they have received my future business for life. Will definitely buy from again. Thanks guys =) O and I offered them some money for their honesty and they refused to accept it.

I have now bought two cars from Automotive Solutions. I loved my Jetta but it was totaled shortly after I bought it. This time I went with a Volvo and it`s been a great car. Very good prices, and no pressure to buy.
