Absolutely horrible. I brought my Mustang in for warranty repairs, was told it would take two to three days. By the end of the week, I called to check up on the status, and was told Darin, the primary gentleman working on my vehicle, was out sick. I called again mid-week the following week, and was told he was out sick again. I called again the following week, and was told Darin was fired. I asked of the progres... view mores of my vehicle and got in response, ?ˆ?Oh, you?ˆ™re the owner of the Mustang? It?ˆ™s been sitting back in the corner for a week?ˆ”no one knew what was going on with it!?ˆ? At that point, they began repairs and I had my car back a week later. Poor communication and horrible customer service.
