After hearing an ad on the radio, I decided to look online to see what vehicles they had for sale. I was thinking about purchasing a used Hyundai Tiburon . I called to make an appointment to see the vehicle and they where really nice on the phone. When I got there that all changed. They guy that was supposed to show me the car wouldn`t until they ran my credit and appraised a trade-in. I was pissed, but because I rea... view morelly wanted to buy the car I went ahead with it. This guy had me sitting at a table alone for over an hour while he talked with the finance guy. The whole time I was sitting there I was thinking I should have just left when he asked me to fill out the credit application instead of showing me the car. When he finally came back over he told me that my current car was only worth $500, which was a LIE, I ended up selling it for $7000 on my own. This guy thought I was an idiot and they could work me over because I am a girl in my 20`s. I told him that I recently took the vehicle elsewhere and that place said it`s trade-in value was $5500 and he actually laughed at me and told me the only reason they would do that is because they mark up their cars by $5000. After that I left because I realized he was a liar and I wasn`t ever going to see the car. I would never recommend anyone go to them to buy a car, their are nothing but con-artists.

I am amazed at how hard these guys worked to get me and my wife approved for a vehicle. Our salesman was Brandon Brown and he was the nicest salesman I have ever met, no pressure to buy but he concentrated on the sale. Also Hector, the guy who found a lender, did a great job getting it financed for us. This is an A+ car dealership. Will definately refer everyone I know.

Very Dedicated
It took a while to get approved due to my credit history but as we waited and conversed with Joshua, he stated he hates not getting anyone approved and as we waited he did not fail us. Everyone was very courteous and polite, he is a very dedicated employee. I would come again based on his customer performance
