service shop and owner

Service shop will make an appointment for you and once you have dropped it off will let you know they are under staffed and they can`t push you in front of good paying customers. Asked to speak to a manager and was transferred to somebody with the last name marmie and he pretty much said that he is in the office what do I want him to do about it.
