horrible customer service

Wasn`t even late and got harassing phone calls. They are rude. I have never been so insulted. I`ve always paid my payments on the same day. I don`t know why all of a sudden they expect something else. They call me 3 minutes before they close yelling at me. I told them to look at my payment history. This is a bunch of thugs. Predatory lenders who frequently cross the line of fair debt collection practices. They will send you several automated calls per day if 1 day late. This will continue daily. Next they will call all contacts then your employer. Do not deal with these people. THEY are LOANSHARKS with illegal and harrassing collection techniques.

Me and my gf got a used 1999 Mercury Cougar from this place, first the check engine light came on and stayed on got it checked and we were told the the Catalic converter was messed up then after getting the blower fixed so the heat and ac would work it broke again, then the door on the passenger side wouldnt open and now the brakes are fuking up, these guys do not fix anything on your car you get from them right. we ... view moregot the car cuz they said everything was fine with the car.....
