After taking my car interior to Tom`s for re-upholstery, I left extremely dissatisfied. I took him my headliner, the trim pieces for the headliner, and door panels, along with the fabric he was to use to recover them. I was told it would take no more than 2 weeks upon initially leaving it there in October. It is now late January, and only half of the job ever got completed (the headliner/trim). I picked up the re... view morest of my interior and fabric today and and left very irritated. I paid for half of the job`s cost up front AND brought him more than enough fabric needed to complete the job. After hearing excuse after excuse, and "It`ll be done next week"/"It`ll be done Friday" over and over. I finally got fed up and am taking the work elsewhere. He has a terrible sense of time, and I saw him working on multiple different jobs OTHER than the job I took him to do, even months after it was not completed. I highly advise against taking any work to this business.
