Reviews:
Very poor customer service. After specifically asking they be careful with my wheels they ended up scratched. Also ended up putting on a different set of tires on my car then the tires that were originally shown to me. Then after a week of bein givin the run around they told me those were the tires i was shown and told me to lawyer up. Horrible buisness and practices for a shop that promotes christian values and good... view more morals in the form of literature around the show room. Bait and switch tactics here. Stay far away

Bosley sucks. went there to get new tires and told them to put the best tires they had so my wife wouldn`t have problems with it while I was deployed, she got a flat tire and when she went to get a new one a at different shop they weren`t able to give her the same tire because they were cheap ones that nobody carried any more. also they replaced that sensors on the tires because it was necessary and they didn`t even ... view moreput them in the correct tires. they also did an alignment which didn`t help much because it was still pulling to the side. worst experience ever!

Never go to Bosley Tires. I ha...
Never go to Bosley Tires. I had 2 nails in my tire and i went there to see if 1) the nails had made it through the tread into the tire or not, 2)i went to see if it could be patched if the nail(s) went through, 3) buy a new one if the hole or placement thereof was really bad.
This is what i got, they came back and told me that i had to replace the tire because of where one of the holes was, they said that they wer... view moree going to sell me a Michelin tire that was the same as the old one cheap. When i went in there i told them i wanted to see the hole so that i can know how bad it really was, and that i wanted a bubble test done on the hole to verify it had went through the tread into the tire, they said yes they would do that. They told me they would tell me when they were ready to help me.
Then they got me and told me my tire was ready.... I said what about the test i wanted to see done and what about me seeing the hole in the tire. We it took me complaining a bit for the sales person to go back and get my old tire, he tried to show me the hole but no one could find it.... Then they had me pay then i went and saw what i got was a Mastercraft tire (cheap version of a cooper tire), I told him that the tire is not a Michelin the sales guy was all it`s the same size. I then drove the car for about a mile noticing the difference on how the tire made me feel like it was wobbling. Then i took it back and complained until i got to speech to a manager who refunded my money and had them give me back my old tire.
Well now i am riding on donut...ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Sunday i went over to my uncles and he pulled out the nails and filled the tire with air and he put soap in the holes and guess what no bubbles, the nails did not make it through the tread, my tire is still perfectly good. Now I have to take the tire someplace and pay them to balance my tire and mount it.

great customer service
I had some front end work done at bosleys and i was very pleased. later a friend had told me to get rid of a noise in the front i needed to take off the left swaybar link and i did but months later the probelm accured again and it had ruined the other sway bar link. knowing i needed a professional to look at it i returned to bosleys and they bent over backwards to make me happy they replaced both sway bar links at no... view more cost for the parts and discounted labor. Rotten Service, Bait and Switch tactics
Took my 1989 truck in for new tires. Put the lowest price ones on, but two days later ran a full page ad showing a lower price tire for half the price. I called him on it, but they wouldn`t do anything about it. Also they did an alignment, the car still pulls to the left. Told me I had to bring in the original receipt in order for them to look at it again. Didn`t keep it, so I`m out of luck. If it`s still rolling, roll right on by
I recently had to take my two teenage daughters out of state so they could attend their fathers funeral. Before we even made it out of Wichita,we had a flat tire.My car was not driveable. A friend of mine suggested that I go to Bosley Tire since I was just a short distants from their location. My daughters and I went inside to ask for some help and was told that there was nothing they could do for us.One of the salesma... view moren noticed that my daughters were getting very upset. He stated that he would clock out on his timecard and help us out, since nobody else seemed to want to.He proceded to get a tire and a rim and came to where my car was stranded. He put on the tire he brought so that we could drive to Bosleys.Unfortunately,I`d already ruined the tire on my car.He sold me a replacement and then was kind enough to check out the others to make sure they were safe for our journey. As I was taking care of my bill,I noticed all the literature and such that was Christian related .It`s even written on their windows when you walk through the front door. I was appalled with the way my girls and I were treated. To portray oneselves as Christians, but yet walk a different path is beyond me.I`ll pray for them.I do want to thank that one kind young man. I believe his name was Rick. He is the one that will be blessed at the gates. As for me,I believe that when it comes time for me to purchase tires for my car,I`ll take it to a company that will not only sell me what I need ,but treat me as a valued customer. I was raised with the belief that if you can`t say anything nice, then don`t say anything at all. This is one time I just couldn`t bite my tongue.I`m sorry to say, that I will NEVER recommend Bosley Tires to anyone that I know. GOD BLESS

Overpriced!
I found a better tire for cheaper elsewhere. This guy tried to sell a piece of rubber to me, not a tire. The tire I found elsewhere was all weather, and costed less. That guy is a joke, I felt uncomfortable when meeting him. I now see why, he isn`t a good person.

Be cautious, be safe, choose someone else!!!!
Their installers are poor. They slashed a gash in one of my tires. I noticed it when it went flat. Randy Bosley told me tough luck and sent me on my way. There are better places out there, choose one of them. Bottom line, they lack guarantees, Randy Bosley is a greedy dirty salesman, and I wouldnt trust their cheap labor install with my car(my life) again.
