A true Life Saver!!
I was traveling from Nebraska to Branson a couple weekends ago and we stopped in KC to have supper for continuing on our adventure. Once pulling off the interstate, I started hearing a clicking sound. I don`t think I even drove a mile before my vehicle started making a ""clicking"" sound.
Upon turning into the McDonalds driveway, the click turned to a CLUNK and we stopped right there!
While on the phone with AAA,... view more a man came up to me and gave me the number to Bill & Larry`s and told me to ask for Shane. That he would take care of me.
I had the tow truck driver take my van to the address which was only 4-5 miles up the road. He concurred that it was a good place to take my vehicle.
The next morning, I woke and called until they were open and I could speak with Shane. I spoke to him around 8:40am, telling him that the guys who helped me move my van had informed me that my ""U-joint"" had fallen off, and actually gave me pieces of it. I also explained that we were on vacation and heading to Springfield and on to Branson. He said he should be able to get me back on the road by noon.
I called around 10:30 as we were preparing to check-out of our hotel, and he informed me he was almost done, and we could certainly pick it up by 11:00 or just after. We arrived around 11:20-11:30 and we were back on the road by 11:40-11:45.
My total bill was just under $225.00. A blessing indeed!
These guys were awesome, and I will continue to tell my story of how helpful and great they were.
EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!

THIEVES!!! DON`T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!
I took my truck in for the Service Engine Soon light. My truck was running fine, but I wanted to have it checked out. 2 days later I called to check and was told that it needed a sensor replaced and it would be $170. I called them several times and they never returned my calls. 4 days later I was told it was ready. I told them I was on my way there and they said their mechanic was ""test driving it."" When I got ther... view moree they said it would cost $230 because unspecified `additional work` was done. NOTHING WAS DONE! the sensor was reset. When I asked for the part that was replaced they said I would have to fish it out of the dumpster. When I questioned why the bill was high they cursed me. And to top it off my truck had been driven over 100 miles on my gas!!! Anybody would be a fool to let them work on their vehicle!! Later I found out that I was not the only victim. They overcharge people all the time!!!!
