Frustrating

BEWARE! This mechanic is not to be trusted, nor any of the other locations. I went to them in April, asking them to diagnose a popping sound over my DRIVER`S SIDE wheel, around RIGHT HAND TURNS. The receptionist wrote that correctly on the paper, but the mechanic didn`t even read it. Instead of diagnosing a popping on the left side, he diagnosed it on the right hand side. When he came out, he said that it was the... view more control arm bushings and the popping sound was heard on the right. I corrected him, said, &quot;No, it`s on the left. Go double check.&quot; His reply to me was, &quot;Well, both control arm bushings are pretty bad, but the right is worse.&quot; Then he assured me he was 100% positive that`s what the sound was, and that replacing the bushings would fix it for me. So I told him to do it. I paid them $650 to do replace them. As I was pulling out of the parking SPACE, I heard the sound... On the driver`s side, around right hand turns exactly like I said. Naturally, I went back in and told the manager, who was extremely rude about it. I took him for a drive, pointed out the sound, and sure enough! It was on the left hand side, not the right, and they had NOT fixed the problem. The real problem was the sway bar bushings, which they replaced for free, but it took me a total of SIX HOURS to get out of their shop. Two months later, I found out that they tightened the bushing so tightly that it split it, and NOW I have to go back once again for them to replace it. On top of that, when they took of the control arm to replace the bushings on their, they tore up my front axle as well. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR CAR!
