DO NOT BUY FROM PATRICK DALTON OR MIDWEST AUTO GROUP!!! He sold me a truck with a ruined engine ($12.5k for a truck with a ruined engine!) When I discovered this, less than one week after he delivered the truck to me in Texas, he would not take the truck back or refund my money. I identified that the engine made a ticking noise during the test drive, and he swore that it was an "exhaust gas leak" and that they would ... view morefix it. This business deserves a negative 5 stars! Check them out on the Better Business Bureuo website!!!! They were able to finance me, but then when i declined the offer he is attempting to keep my deposit!! I will NOT rest till every cent of my money is returned!!!

WARNING! Buyer beware of this used car lot. The General manager was rude and yelled at me for going and looking at an automobile that i was purchasing that they had over in a shop. Told me that as a customer i had no business going over there to inspect the vechile. I had put down a $400.00 deposit and only got $200.00 back. The general manager wasnt going to even give that to me. I had to threaten him with turning t... view morehis over my attorney. He told me that his guys worked hard on this deal and that they both deserve the $200.00 for all their hard work! They are liers and scammers. By the way the vechile needed over $1500.00 worth of work done to the front end, because it couldnt even be aligned. I hope alot of people reads this before going up there. I will be following up with the BBB, & Kansas State General Attorneys office as well.The general manager does not need to be in the car business at all. Hes definatley not customer oriented. Bad business. I would not even give them a star rating. My star is for Customer Warning! In the state of Kansas, there is a Lemon Law to protect the customer from car lot like these.

I went to the dealership with hesitation due to others telling me they had a bad reputation. I looked at a vehicle and was helped very quickly by a sales man. I never got to see any numbers for price or trade in, I was simply told to sign and the vehicle would be mine but when I told them to hold off the acted as if I was the bad person for wasting their time. I was even emailed by the owner for "wasting... view more" their time. Here is the email the owner sent me.
"THANKS FOR EMAIL WE SOLD CAR TODAY YOUR OFFER WAS SEVERELY UNREASONABLE AND YOUR TRADE MARGINABLE AT 500, SUPER CHARGED JAGS ARE VERY FEW, NONE IN KC PERIOD, THANKS FOR WASTING OUR TIME! IF ALL CUSTOMERS WERE OUT OF TOUCH WITH PRICING AS YOU ARE, NO BANKS OR DEALERS WOULD BE IN BUSINESS, EDUCATE YOURSELF AT NADA.COM FOR YOUR OWN BENEFIT AND RESPECT THE TIME OF OTHERS IT IS VALUEABLE IN THE BUSINESS WORLD! AGAIN THE ONLY THING PREVENTING YOU FROM BUYING THE JAG WAS YOURSELF AND YOUR PRICING IGNORANCE."
Not a very smart email on the "owners" part.
My advice to anyone is to stay away from this dealership. Some of the employees are nice but the owner is TRASH!!!!!!
