Reviews:
I was looking to buy a new 2013 Outlander Sport and shop all three dealers in Kansas City. Lee`s Summit Mitsubishi let me test drive one of each model. They made sure I understood the differences and that I was going to be happy with my purchase. The finance manager was great. He put everything he was doing on a big screen TV and explained all of my options. Nothing was a secret or a surprise. Check out Lee`s... view more Summit Mitsubishi.

I took our f150 in to get a Groupon oil change yesterday and they came out to let me know that my tags had expired. I was shocked but more so when I it was going to take to get our 2001 up to state standards. Teresa was extremely helpful, shopped for better part prices and helped make the bill a little easier to swallow. In addition they provided me a lease car to drive until I got ours done. The service personnel ar... view moree excellent, courteous, and professional. They got the truck going and even though we haven`t bought from them, the service department is fantastic. I will go there again and have sent my adult kids in there also.

That if they had a negative st...
That if they had a negative star rating - I would give it to them....Their customer service - is STELLAR - until you drive your new/used vehicle out of the lot.
Not only did they not try to cover the costs of the HUGE repair I needed on my used 2009 Jeep Patriot they said I needed within 90 days of purchase...they made me feel like it was MY fault that it happened.
When they did "repair" it - the ca... view morer drove worse than it had before I took it in there. After taking it to STATE LINE NISSAN - and having the car fixed and having been treated properly by their staff - did I really get upset about the treatment and customer service at Lee`s Summit Mitsubishi.
after I sent them an email expressing my distress and sadness at their actions I did get a phone call and a gesture to restore good will - of 12 free oil changes - worth (I think he said 260 dollars)...
not necessary - the damage is done...I have been out of pocket $600.00 plus an addition upcoming $550.00 for new tires for a poorly done alignment.... the 12 oil changes...arent going to make up for that.
avoid this dealership if you can - that`s my advice...and do the best thing - check out reviews BEFORE you walk in the door.
I WISH I HAD>

Lee`s Summit Mitsubishi was a ...
Lee`s Summit Mitsubishi was a breath of fresh air. When I decided that i wanted a New Outlander Sport, I called Lee`s Summit Mitsubishi and spoke to Jeff Taylor. I told him about my trade and he gave me a value over the phone. Upon arriving at the dealership, I picked out my new SUV and everything was exactly as Jeff said it would be. It was too easy. I will be back next time I need a vehicle.

Radio Ad for Buy Back Event
Do not let their deceptive radio ad fool you. The ad states that they will give you 100% of the base MSRP of your 2008 or older car when it was new. It goes on to say that the only adjustment will be for mileage and reconditioning. This makes it sound like normal (12000 per year) mileage; normal wear and tear is OK. Anything more than normal will be an adjustment. That is NOT the case! They want the car to have ZERO ... view moremiles on it to not make any adjustments. Let me give you an example. I have a 2006 Lincoln Zephyr with 69035 miles. Just normal wear and tear. I keep the car up and maintained. I drive it every day, however. The base MSRP is $28989 when the car was new. They wanted to deduct .35 a mile for EVRY mile on the car. So .35 * 69035 = $24162.25. So they wanted to give me $4822.75 for my car. That is the lowest trade in value bid I have had on the car by far! Definitely a scam to get you in there! Guess what? I drove out of there in the same Lincoln that got me there! I do not have to buy a new car. Maybe the sales guy thought I pushed the car in there and NEEDED new transportation. His name is Larry Frye and to be honest, he was rude to my 17 year old son. I would not go back to that dealership again! Maybe I better stick with the Lincoln?ˆ™s and the service and respect I get when I go to a Lincoln Dealership!
