I brought my car to Brocato`s ...

I brought my car to Brocato`s because the a/c went out. I was told they would check out the car and run a diagnostic at no charge. When I went back to pick up the car I was told I needed a new coil at a cost of $900! When I told them that I wanted to get a second opinion, I was told that I owed them $65 in labor for the diagnostic that was supposed to be free. When I reminded the man that he said it was free, he... view more got loud and threatened to "run me out of the place" and keep my car until I paid. I reluctantly gave him the money as I needed my car to get to work. This guy was a complete goon and obviously watched the Godfather a few too many times. FYI I only needed the Freon charged - which costed me $30 up the street.
