I have been taking my Toyota and Honda vehicles to Autowerks for almost 15 years for both routine work and major repairs. Mark`s shop gives me the peace of mind that only necessary work is being done, that it will be done properly, and that the bill will be reasonable. Over the years, Mark has earned my trust by telling me when I didn`t need a costly service performed because it could be safely postponed, because... view more a less expensive repair was actually needed to solve the problem, or because no repair was necessary. With my older cars, he gives me options so I can decide which repairs can wait. He is great at diagnosing problems so he has repaired my cars right the first time. He has been less expensive than going to a dealership, but he doesn`t skimp on quality - using genuine OEM parts. I have taken my cars to many mechanics over the years and Mark is the best. I hope we don`t ever have to move from the area because it would be difficult to find another mechanic as trustworthy, skilled, and knowledgeable as Mark Bishop.

Conscientious consumer

I have been taking my vehicles and those of my family for the past 20 years to Mark at Autowerks and now feel like part of the family. I have always felt I`ve received nothing but the highest quality service for my money. He is truly an expert in Honda and Toyota cars among other Japanese makes and it`s because of this, I will not own any other car.
