This was the worst dealership I have been to in a long time. Nobody came out when I was looking around the lot. I had to go inside. When I did there was a guy on the couch asleep and one behind the desk looked at me an didn`t say a word. I asked if they were open and he asked what I needed. I told them I wanted to see one of the cars I saw online. The car was in the back and it was a salvage titled vehicle that... view more they were asking book price for and it didn`t say anything about salvage title online. Then they said they had another vehicle. I said I saw that one online and it had 39000 miles. Then he told me it really had 52000 miles. So they lie online and then its clear out in Kechi. Waste of my time. Waste of a dealership!

Unreliable

Almost a week had passed when I received a call from them telling me they would not honor the trade we had made. Enough time that I had cashed in the tags to my old vehicle & Insured the newer one. When they returned my vehicle they kept my key, key remote, garage door opener but promised to mail them to me when they returned to Kechi Auto Mall.
