after spending almost three grand at another car audio store and very unsatisfied i went to loud and clear and a few days of them having my truck it sounds like a concert hall inthe inside! love there quality work and attitude. look forward to doing more buisness in the next month or so.

wtf? happened to KC`s "finest" given car audio a bad name?

Here we are the poorest county in the state and loud n clear has somehow survived the downword spiral of this economy... but with such careless ethical business practices, and the IDGAF attitude, and quality of installation is far from what i expected from several years of buisness dealings are definately not the same as the foundation this business was! Horrible place. DO NOT GO THERE. I had them install and amp for me, but not the subs because they were coming the next day. They installed the amp, and a high to low level converter. I put my subs in the next day once they came in, and they were barely vibrating.. Something wasn`t right. I went back to Loud & Clear and talked to Tom who I had just talked to the day before. He acted like he didn`t even remember me... view more, and asked who installed the amp. I told him THEY did. He tried to get me to set up an appointment for the next day which I couldn`t do, so he came out and looked at it. He told me that the reason they weren`t hitting was because my amp didn`t have enough "balls" . Whatever. Went to another shop that a few people recommended, the took 5 minutes looking at it, and found out that the dumbasses at Loud & Clear hooked up the High to Low level converter to the wrong wires. Now my bass hits thanks to a different shop. Would never recommend this place to anyone

After looking around for awhile i went to Loud and Clear looking for some upgrades. I was looking for some extra bass, a new head unit, and door speakers. I looked around for awhile and made a few suggestions to the salesman. He then told me about another deal they had where I could get my amp, subs and box all in one package and then the door speakers separate. After everything was rung up my salesman ended up knock... view moreing the price down enough to cover my bass system, the speakers and my head unit and stay within my budget. Overall I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone! They gave me well over what I was expecting for my budget! After it was all said and done the head unit was almost free!

Always a great experience

I have been going to Loud and Clear for years. They have always had products that met or exceeded my expectations, and always quality service. I would recommend them to anybody wanting to upgrade their automotive audio system.
