Worst auto care experience ever
If your idea of a fun experience is high pressure `up selling` then this is the place for you! I went just to get an oil change. While sitting in the waiting room, the door opened and the manager asked me if "I would step into the shop area" (sounded very serious with drama!)
Laid out on a table were parts from my vehicle (air cleaner, pcv valve? and other parts) The manager gave me a serious look as if I had co... view morentracted a rare disease that required immediate attention or bad things would happen. I asked him politely to replace the parts they had removed. He proceeded to angrily go into his office and told his workers "to put this guys car together"
Oh, and here is the best part...while I was in the sitting room he was helping an airhead customer (and also collecting $185 from her!!) and asked her when she pulled out to give toot on her horn, because it let the workers know they did a good job. And he actually said it with a straight face!
I work for a company in this area that employes 200 people and have made it a habit to tell as many as possible about this ridiculous business practice.
