Bad Follow Up Service

I Bought a 1994 Grand Prix GT from this dealer....... 6 months later another engine to be placed into the vehichle due to the car ""jumping"" time. When the newer engine was placed into the vehicle it was founfd that 2 cylinders were ""gobbled"" in the spark plug area and at thre next time of plug changing the mechanic told me it was then that a new engine would HAVE to be placed at that time or xcome rather expensi... view moreve cylinder job performed. Dealer failed to mention the facts regarding a car with DOHC (Dual Overhead Cams) cars....that when a car with engine type is damaged due to ""jumping"" time that it would cost about 2500.00 - 3000.00 dollars. As it were it cost 2400.00 to get a used engine after a long search (700.00) for engine and 1700.00 to place engine / remove defective one and supply all kinds of parts to make 6 month warranty valid with the place i bought the engine. Nonetheless, JD (John Dunyon) would not even allow me the opportunity to place the broke down vehicle on his back lot - after paying for car in full.......nor could I ever get his mechanic to return calls and or satifactory repair oil leaks, radiator leaks, etc.... at the time of purchase.......basically after putting almost 3500.00 into the car i had a nice car and.....well it was stolen in Wichita and totalled so I am now without a car again.......This car dealer does not seem to have a good follow up procedure in place to keep people comming back....i would ever in life EVER by a skateboard let alone a car from this auto sales shyster.
