Guarantee Satisfaction
Its only a probaly cause that most dealerships have lost most of the top end mechanics due to labor and financial issues which has caused a lack in customer support and assurance. Well on the other hand, maurice and his bavarian auto group keep on proving that they are number one and are here to stay. I have been really impressed by the way they have handled customer wait time with only the small group of advanced tr... view moreained technicians that they have. This shop is not only the best BMW in the midwest but the cheapest which we all like when it comes to our BMW parts which we all know as owners""Nothings Cheap"" but this guys are making sure you are getting the best price for your parts and labor. If you have been to any other local wichita shopsor around USA for BMW repairs I would suggest going to Bavarian Auto and get the best experience and of coarse price you can possibly have.
Thanks Bavarian for all the hard work and dedication.

Houstons Finest
So I happened to stumble on this review below from some matt guy saying very negative stuff. I been in the auto industry for twelve years and I can say thats a bunch of crock. Maurice has established a business outside of the dealership ring due to there is a need for a good mechanics that can actually diognose the car without guessing and also makes sure that the safety of the owner is always first. I see that this... view more guys buys a car from the auction thats a 04 well It should be under factory warranty if miles were low. I always get a breakdown on parts that are needed and the parts that I can put off until my money is right. This is a number one rule for this company thats why they are so honest upfront not looking to become bill gates off your wallet.
Atleast like BMW Joe self the main chief technician left my cooling blade off my car knowing I have a Sensitive aluminum block. There I go off into summer heat while my block is melting and then I make them aware of it and all they can say is sorry, thats doesnt make up for a 10000 motor and to say there was no discount on there behalf. I can say bavarian always makes sure all the parts are on correctly and are working effieciently, like making test runs before the customer gets the car something joe self doesnt do. I just wanted to say I drive from denver colorado(1600 miles round trip) to have this shop do comprehinsive work because the reliability and price. I went to school for bmw and finished my fasttrack program so I know about all working on them and for someone to say they missed major problems would be a complete Lie.
Sorry Dude you must of been out of cash. Bmw Dealers ususally turn around time is three days, get used to waiting. Thats why you went to sears so dont be made if something happens and they dont warranty anything cause they got there parts from oreillys auto. Thats why maurice Is so booked up because of his competiters not doing there jobs right and not giving a F*** about us.
This is the best BMW and mercedez shop in the Midwest
by far. Thanks Alot for Letting me lay down some truth.

Overrated and Underperformed.
I recently bought an `04 325ci from an impound auction and took it to Maurice to have him tune it up and check it for any major problems. Never again will I take my BMW to his shop. First problem I had was they told me to have my car there first thing in the morning, only for it to sit in the parking lot until 3pm before they actually started working on it. Then when he did check it over, he missed several MAJOR issu... view morees with the vehicle. I told him there was a slight squeaking noise coming from the rear. Maurice just ""re-machined"" the brake rotors which didn`t fix the problem. (I ended up having Sears replace both rear rotors and some of the components.) Turns out the towing company broke the e-brake and bent some of the rear brake components, but Bavarian didn`t catch any of that. Also missed a faulty O2 sensor. (Also fixed by Sears.) To add to Maurice`s ""expertise"", he told me that there was a rattling noise coming from the engine, but ""he didn`t know what is making it"" and that I need to ""just keep an eye on it."" I made a follow-up appointment so he could fix these issues, which wasn`t worth my time. After my car spent another half-day in the parking lot, he only had time to fix SOME of the issues and wanted me to come back a 3rd time so he could finish the job. I ended up taking my car to Joe Self BMW and Sears service centers where they fixed the issues much faster than it took Bavarian to [not] identify the problems. For a shop that is supposedly the best in Wichita, they really don`t know what they`re doing. There is no time management and very little ""expertise"" in that shop. Bavarian`s rates are lower than that of local dealerships, but their performance is no better than a high school shop class. After my two ""appointments"" with Maurice, I have been more than willing to pay the dealership rates to actually fix my car. My advise is this: If you have a BMW that needs work, skip Bavarian Automotive and take it to another shop. It may cost more, but the time you save will be worth it. (And at least that shop will actually identify the problem.)

THE "GO TO" BMW SHOP IN WICHITA
As a 3 Bimmer family we spend a lot of time at Bavarian Automotive. Maurice and his staff are true professionals and have provided the best type and quality of service that I have ever had from an automotive shop! Maurice`s customer service skills are exceptional and, although the shop is very busy, he always has time for a quick question or a just a hello. I have lived all over the US and can truly say "this sh... view moreop is among the best in the country" I will truly miss Maurice and the crew when my time to leave Kansas comes!!

Best BMW Repair and Maintenance Shop!
I drive from Junction City to Wichita (125 miles, one-way) for Maurice to work on my 1995 M3. He does everything from the most basic maintenance to the most comprehensive work. Maurice only works on BMW cars and has decades of experience. Bavarian Automotive owners and staff are honest, knowledgeable, they unconditionally guarantee their work and parts, and their prices for maintenance, repairs and parts beats the de... view morealership every time. He doesn`t ""run up the bill"", and won`t do work that is not required. Bavarian Automotive, Inc., is the only place to go for work on my BMW!

My new used BMW GREAT REPAIR shop
I bought a used 1999 BMW and wanted to get it checked out, I found his ad online. Lucky for me I think. Maurice was very knowledgeable, honest, and up front. He came out talked to me about what they found, what needed to be repaired and what didn`t. They fixed it as needed. I have a few friends that own BMW`s I gladly told them about Maurice and his shop. I will go back.

Excellent BMW mechanics, no better for 300 miles
This is a great shop. Maurice has always been excellent to deal with. The whole crew is honest and bases their business on repeat customers and unaltered ethics. More than once, Maurice has worked me in on a minutes notice, will personally come out to look at the car for a 5 minute no-charge consultation as to what he things is going on or needs to be done. Couldn`t ask for a better auto partner.
