Purchased Altima from Fletcher...
Purchased Altima from Fletcher it had 10k mi on it. I had them rotate tires at 15k and 18k with no mention of alignment. Now at 22k mi I need new tires they say due to poor alignment. Fletcher takes no responsibility for the alignment when I trusted total car care to only them. Fletcher never even offered to check the alignment while I was complaining. They are doing nothing about it. I have complained to the Bette... view morer Business Bureau and in a response to them the Manager K Snyder reported that my tire tread did not change from 1/2011 at 7-5/32nds through Sept 7 2012 at 7-5/32nds. Would you believe that? I had two other tire stores check my tires the same day and they measured 3/32, 4/32 5/32nd and 6/32nds. The brakes squeak on the 08 Altima, a common problem which Nissan never fixed either. When I purchased the car the paperwork didn`t add up and I complained but Fletcher did nothing , the Bank had to straighten it out. One sales man at Fletcher even lost his temper with me when I challenged the paperwork. Never will I purchase anything from Fletcher Nissan Joplin again.

Great to work with!
This is the fourth Nissan I have bought from Fletcher Nissan and I have never did meet Mr Fleatcher!!!!!!!! Saleman Jeff Copland was very helpful and great to work with. Nissan has a great service Dept. Matt and Steve are very helpful and always meet you with a smile

my nightmare at fletcher
I brought my 2008 dodge 2500 to fletcher to get the exhaust filter fixed, they said they had to order parts.No big deal we left it with them, one month later they had still not called us back. When we went in to find out what was going on they were apologetic saying the paperwork got misplaced and offering me a rental car. Four days later they called to tell us the truck had contaminated fuel and the entire fuel syst... view moreem needed to be replaced for 12,000 dollars and the warranty wasnt going to cover it.I wasnt happy with how i had been treated so far so I had it towed to another shop. The machanic there said there is nothing wrong with my truck, he tested every injector and everything is working fine. When I picked my truck up I saw a large peice of plastic in the bed, it was my fender well that fletcher never put back on. Fine i got some screws and put it back on, then walking out of the hardware store I notice something shiny on my hood I didnt recognize. It was the post my windsheild wiper mounts to. I`m just guessing at this point but I think they must have taken my wiper off and gave it to someone else. All the little things aside fletcher has robbed me of the use of my truck for two months, and I had to refiniance my truck to get the money to make the expencive repairs it didnt need.

Customer service
I recently was in Joplin and near Nissan Dealership when I realized that my tire was halfway flat on my Nissan truck. I had my elderly mother and two small children with me at the time. As I pulled up a sales man pointed me to the service center for assistance, from there I was told they could not help me and sent me to GoodYear for assistance and was told to tell GoodYear that they sent me, I was sent two blocks d... view moreown with a tire that was half full and a screw sticking out of it, all I needed was for assistance in changing the flat. I experience the worst customer service from GoodYear, I waited for 10 minutes before anyone would acknowledge that I was there and was not going to be helped for another 4 hours. At this point I was directed to Grande Tire by a family member and Grande Tire offered to come air my tire up on the spot to get me to their shop and had me in and out of their garage in under 10 minutes. I only pulled up to the dealership for assistance on changing the flat, I figured since they sell the darn trucks they could at least tell me how to get the darn spare down, since they do not assist a person in need with two small children and an elderly mother in the cold I suggest that Nissan should start directing people to Grande Tire from now on for excellent customer service.
