car shoppers beware

I recently purchased a suv and it was not a good experience! My credit is not good and of course you feel like a second class citizen.I was promised tires,and all I got was one tire! I was promised a radio that would work & blown off for that.If this wasn`t bad enough I thought I smelled oil burning,so I took it in and was told I had a bad head.I purchased a extended warranty for $1500. wort of insurance coverage & o... view moref course was told it wasn`t enough to cover repairs,I would have to pay out of pocket addittional$1,000. Thank goodness I pulled car out of shop,so upset I took it to three diferent mechanic and not only did they not find any valve head problem,there wasn`t no head gasket problem as well.This came from a certified ford service shop as well! How can people treat people this way.All that money and I couldn`t even get them to change plugs,totally worn out,not even to detail car. How sad.I would not make my next purchase here again.It`s your old time fast talking sales people who don`t care,all about money

my jeep

I bought my 1996 jeep grand cheorkee limited in 2002 from northland and I still have it to this day.The best auto I have ever bought. I have only replaced the water pump ,hoses, battery etc normal stuff I,m sure it is never the intention for a car lot to sell a bad car knowingly

Horrible,Horrible

THIS PLACE IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO GET A CAR. THE MACHANICS ARE HORRIBLE, THE SALESPEOPLE ARE HORRIBLE. ISN`T IT AGAINST THE LAW TO SELL YOU A CAR WITH BAD BRAKES AND NO CARFAX REPORT. DON`T SHOP HERE!!!!
