Against my better judgement I ...

Against my better judgement I pre-paid for a package of regular maintenance services from one of their door to door sales people. After 7 months I have been unable to make an appointment they`re "always booked." I cannot comment on actual service as I haven`t been able to get in. Should have gone with my policy of never pre-paying for anything, even if a does cost a few dollars more.

My dad moved out of state and...

My dad moved out of state and what does he say "take it up to jim & alans!" . I always go to them for vehicle inspections and any of my car needs. They have fixed my back brakes and front brake lines among other things.. Nice guys who seem to have a fair price. I`ll be seeing them this week for my new inspection.

I was referred here by an auto dealer. After diagnosing the problem immediately, they fixed it in a timely manner. I now have more than adequte heat in my car. Thank you, Jim and Alan`s.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

Worst service I have ever experienced! I was wrongly accused for writing on the back of a business card earlier in the year. I called to bring my car there, they said come on in and we`ll do a diognostic. I come in and the "manager" says he will not work on my car because of something that was on the back of a business card. I did not ever write on the back of a business card. Terrible judgmental people wo... view morerk there and they charge too much for things they before said were going to be a reasonable price. Don`t give your business to this place!

overcharged

I was told one price and charged a much higher price. The estimate was about what I previously have paid elsewhere for the same repair.
