During the snow storm that we had around the New Year, my daughter got a flat tire and she called Arrow Tow. The tow driver arrived in a timely manner and was very polite to her. Since it was so cold outside and the car had to be lifted to change the tire, he told her that she could sit in his truck to keep warm and stay safe while he was changing the tire.
