Mark`s Transmission is seriously the best shop in town. I took my Chevy truck up there because I thought my transmission was going out I was expecting a rebuild for sure. The same day I took my truck there I got a callback from Mark`s saying I didn`t need a rebuild that my shift solenoid was bad gave me a price to fix it and got it done the same day and at a way lower cost than a rebuild. Worst experience ever. They ha...

Worst experience ever. They had our car for a month. I called every day and they kept telling me they were starting it right then. We paid them over 1000 and finally pulled our truck out still not fixed! Save your time and money do not go there.

My family and I were traveling...

My family and I were traveling through Wichita, and our vehicle started slipping out of gear. Marks Transmission helped us identify the problem, helped us locate the parts we needed, and even showed us (on a different transmission) where the issue was located. Because of their help, we spent $20 and did our own work and were back on the road within three hours. Without their diagnosis, we would have been at the me... view morercy of a shop, and perhaps spent hundreds (even thousands!) to have someone else fix the issue. And he wouldn`t accept a dime for the hour he spend diagnosing our vehicle. Super hero!

This is the WORST place I`ve e...

This is the WORST place I`ve ever been to! Their service sucks! My husband`s transmission has been up there for a month now and they STILL can`t give us any kind of answer! They act like they don`t know who I am or what I`m talking about when I call to ask why it`s taking so long, and what the cost is going to be etc. I wouldn`t recommend this place to my worst enemy!
