My family and I have used Bailey`s for a decade or so. They seem to do work a lot cheaper than anyone else. They always work me into their schedule if I need an un-planned repair. One time, weeks after a repair, they called me: "We overcharged you $20 by accident, I wanted to call you and let you know we are refunding the money to your card" I would have never known that they overcharged me $20. awful experience

I had a broken exhaust pipe. Their tech guy ruined more than what was broken pulling it in the garage making my car inoperable. They then charged me to cut off what they ruined so I could drive it to a different shop to get fixed. All this took over an hour and a half for them to do. Overall worst experience with a mechanic garage I`ve had.

Consistent Good Service

Have been a customer for about 10 years. Have had cars towed there and repaired.....Have had routine service work performed........have purchased tires...have had work done even on an imported car for far less than dealer prices. Never had anything done there that was not done well. I`ve made referrals to other friends who have never had a complaint as well. Good Honest folks in my opinion.

INCOMPETENCE. Seek help elsewhere.

Bailey`s installed first clutch over a year ago and had problems with it. Bailey`s said it would wear off. After it didnt, I contacted Spec company about the Stage 1 clutch. Spec company said it may have been a poor install.

Fast forward one year, Spec Stage 1 clutch failed - had Monster clutch put in by Baileys- March 2009. Took to Pontiac for unrelated work, where PONTIAC dealership discovered the cap wa... view mores not on the master clutch cylinder. It was resting on the firewall!!!

One can only imagine the damage that might have been done and if Bailey`s would have taken responsibility for their mistake.
Take your car elsewhere.

Has become our local mechanic

My husband had a issue with the brakes on his car needing to be replaced every year or so. It was getting expensive (3 times in 3 years) and none of the brake shops seemed to know what the problem was. His brakes would become uneven and stopping became very jerky. A woman purchasing my car recommended Bailey`s to us as the place to go. We took his vehicle in and discovered that the brakes were not adjusted proper... view morely. His front brakes were doing all the work, over heating, and becoming uneven. They recalibrated all four brakes, replaced the front pads, and it was cheaper than we were spending at the other places. He`s been using these brakes for over 2 1/2 years with no problems. We`ve also had them replace the entire wiring harness in his dash. The job went off without an issue and they even got done early. Everyone we`ve ever spoken to has been extremely helpful and accommodating. The prices have always been reasonable. They seem to do about everything someone would need except tires.

Also, I made sure we went there DURING business hours instead of having someone come over and unlock the shop to use it and we`ve received nothing but the best service.

Not Good or even close

I had my truck worked on11/22/08 the mechanic (Shawn) Had a Bailey`s work shirt on, had keys to open the door at Bailey`s shop. The mechanic did a real peace of work on my truck...he put lifters in my 5.7 but on the other hand broke the distributor, and did not adjust the valves right..He got them close the where it ran fine on the way home.But the next day after I put a load on it and a trailer..MISSING POPING not g... view moreood.
Shawn only wanted (CASH) and would not give me a receipt.And will not return my phone calls he has cost me an extra $550.00 to get the job done right...Plus I have e-mailed kctv5 over this problem.............. If I had a shop and I gave a key to a Mechanic to open the doors to my shop I would expect him or her to do the job right because it reflect my business and name.
PS......I would not let this place work on my childs pull wagon if shawn is going to work on it.
