I went there today for the Missouri State inspection of my car. In addition to the inspection, on his own the mechanic also fixed a piece of loose trim on my window. I appreciated that extra bit of service.

I have never had such amazingl...

I have never had such amazingly terrible service - MAJOR RIP OFF!!!! All I wanted was my headlights fixed so my car could pass inspection, instead I get the run around and spend $140.00 to find out that I need my head lights fixed!!! If I had balls... BEWARE!!! THIS IS A MAJOR SCAMMING `TECHNICIAN` that is perpetrating as a legal business.

This place is awful. I would say that stealing money is more their expertise. please don`t go there. plain and simple. they will give you the classic runaround. it seems from other comments that they have done it before. i told them that my problem was worse after being there and they told me that i was retarded and to not call back unless with a lawyer... i told them that i was only calling to see if they might have... view more made a mistake and they said there was no chance. and it seems bad comments online are all i can do.

WOW! BAD

I THOUGHT I WOULD COME ON AND BE THE ONLY FUTILE COMPLAINT. BUT I WAS WRONG. the 10th of Feb is a bad day for behrand`s. worst customer service. One guy at the desk is nice and helpful but the owner is keeping him in check to be a crook. they took our money and didnt fix our problems. they sure are nice saying they will gladly see what is wrong with the car and fix it for us... but will charge us again. dont do it. c... view morelearly a SCAM! how has this place stayed in business???

I agree completely with KANSASCITIAN`s report of this company. the owner used the word R-tard with me as well and tried to pass off a problem on my way home as a new problem when i had just gotten off the phone with another employee who admitted that they forgot to look into that. do not go to Behrand`s. i wuld recommend not getting your car fixed over going there. I WISH THERE WAS A ZERO STARS OPTION.

combative and crooks

I took my car in to be checked due to it overheating. I was told that there were many problems with my car. It is a 2001 so fairly new. the problems totaled 600 dollars repair fees. On my drive home which is in Downtown Kansas City(15 minute drive), my car overheated with my wife driving and me driving another borrowed car in front of her. we got home soon after and I checked the coolant levels. The coolant was bone ... view moredry. Now upon filling the car with coolant, i can no longer drive the car without the coolant flowing straight out of the car. I cannot even make it back to Brookside to have them look at the problem. Behrand`s will not pay for a tow though they admit that they may have fault. They will not stand behind their work or their employees. The only advice we received from them was to pour coolant in and try to make it before it leaks out. This issue which Subaru says will cost 2300 to fix now renders us carless because that is money we do not have. Thanks to this company, we are left without a car when my wife is going on 7 months pregnant. we expressed the issues with them and they were instantly combative saying &amp;quot;I`m not a r-tard(using the actual word but yellow pages will not let me).&amp;quot; This comment was offensive to me as i assume it would be to any person. Please stay away from this shady business if you have any hopes of seeing your car in working condition again.
