This morning was my first visi...

This morning was my first visit to U Save Tire. I was extremely satisfied. They were professional and fast. I was in and out in 35-40 minutes or so. The guys told me everything they did before they did it and gave me options on products and services. Of course they tried to do some upselling but were not pushy about it. I am extremely satisfied and will return next time I need tires or tire work done.

Rip Off

We purchased a used tire from these crooks and it came with a 30 day warranty. 3 days later it blew out on the turnpike with my wife and 3 year old grandbaby in our van. Luckily there were not killed. We called and they told us to bring it in and they would look at it. We did this and they brought everyone over to look at it and hmmm and haaaaad at it then preceeded to tell us it was our fault that was most likely un... view moreder inflated???? What?? We told them we bought it from you 3 DAYS ago. You aired it up! They refused to give us a refund and told us they would take 10% off another tire. There crazy if they think Im risking my families life again so they can profit! Stay away from these people. They do not back up their product!

Be very WARNED!!

had been going there for several years until my last visit. I went in for 3 tires and paid almost $200 for parts/labor which would seem like a good deal until the next day. After driving less than 10 miles on the tires after they installed them my front driver`s side wheel completely came off the car do to improper installation. My car was damaged (over $1500) and I was injured. Upon immediately contacting them a... view morebout the problem I was told the following day by THE OWNER that it was MY FAULT!!! due to the wrong lug nuts being on the car (same ones for the last 6 years and 6-8 visits) Needless to say after their insurance got involved and determined IT WAS THEIR FAULT I am finally getting some money to fix the car but almost 6 months later it is still not resolved. Cheap tires but you take your chances, NOT WORTH it!!!!!

The Best Used Tire Store in Wichita!

I`ve run a lot of used tires on my vehicles over the years. U-Save Tire at K-15 & 47th St. South is by far the best company I`ve found for tires. They have extensive training and certifications, including flat repair, and offer a warranty on their tires to boot! My wait has never been more than a few minutes before they begin the work on my vehicle. I`ve been in and out in less than an hour total for 4 tires.
