Kammerer Auto Body did an outstanding job on my car. I was actually really surprised. I feel like my car is like brand new again. No damage looks like it has ever been done. I got a free loaner car while my car was getting worked on and it was brand new as well. It wasnt dirty and smelly. I didnt pay til the work was completed on my vehicle. And i know this doesnt matter to some but that had an AWESOME fishtank insid... view moree. I loved it and they were so friendly with very comfortable chairs.

This business deserves a ZERO ...
This business deserves a ZERO star rating, but I am required by this system to choose at least one. The service that I received there was the worst I have ever experienced by any merchant. My car was severely damaged by hail and when they had finished the work on the body, I had more damage to the interior than before and they refused to take ownership that they had damaged it. I had to take it back because my doors ... view morewould not close flush; the window they replaced was wavy; the paint had grit in it; there were paint lines; my headliner was ripped; and when you closed the doors, something in the roof rattled and my sunroof popped. They refused to fix the popping, rattling and ripped headliner stating that their "experts" determined that it was normal wear and tear. It`s amazing how that wear and tear appeared only in the time they had my car. They also said that the new popping and rattling was due to cabin pressure but it never happened before. I am female and one of their staff members was so condescending and rude, talking down to me like I was a child throwing a temper tantrum, and calling me a liar while the owner of the shop watched and did nothing. Every time I asked why they weren`t fixing it, he would go round and round talking in circles. Even my insurance company received the same response. Their workmanship is as poor as their service and attitude and every factory part they put back on my car is either crooked or severely misplaced. My car will never ride or look the same and they refuse to make it right.

Shady and Shoty
The word I would use to describe the body work is pathetic, even though I was assured by them that they had the most experience that any body shop could, everyone of the almost dozen times my vehicle had to be returned so the repairs could be done right. When I first had my vehicle returned, it was missing parts that had forgotten to be put on, and my door did not close. This was described to me as the nature of my v... view moreehicle. I would like to mention that no car comes from the factory with doors that are so out of line they won?ˆ™t close, come fully painted, and all the pieces were assembled. I can sum this experience up with stating that my vehicle will never be the same after this shop took almost six months to work on it.
