Beware
NEVER EVER, EVER under any circumstances take your vehicle to tuffy auto repair.
Even if your broken down in there parking lot.
Call a tow truck to take it some where else.
Thanks to them I now have to put a new radiator in my jeep.
Last time they didn`t tighten my lug nuts on my truck and almost lost my wheel.

not safe
Very frightening experience with these guys...not one to complain but I felt it necessary to share:
had them do my brakes a couple weeks ago - shortly after the brakes were done I noticed a wheel noise that continue to get worse and louder over the next days... so I took it in to have it checked out... they said i needed a new wheel bearing, a new transmission put in and a new clutch kit... $3000!! I decided to get ... view morea few more opinions on that because ...that`s a lot of money! You know what it ended up being? When they put the front brake pads and rotors in...and put the front tires back in, they forgot to tighten the front left lug nuts ---the wheel could have literally fallen off at any time and i am not kidding. Got the lug nuts tightened, no noise, nothing wrong with the transmission or a bearing or anything.
Please find a refered mechanic, these guys named everything in the book except what was actually the cause of the wheel noise.
