Reviews:
I read the other reviews after already leaving my SUV at their location via required tow. I`m skeptic of unnecessary car repairs because of my lack of "car knowledge" but these guys were courteous and promptly serviced my car with what I knew needed to be done. It`s possible that a couple years difference means new customer service/mechanics at their location, but from my own experience they did a great job... view more at an okay price.
Overall: Location is prime, service was quick (same day), and cost was reasonable.

I gave them one star only because it wouldn`t let me give zero stars!
Get service here at your own risk and be prepared to pay for things that don`t need repair.
I took my 2006 Ford Freestyle in to get a tire repaired only to learn I needed four new tires and an alignment. I knew that two tires were very close to needing replaced so I opted to do all four.
Within less than a week I started to hear a squeeli... view moreng when I turned the steering wheel. They took care of me well the first time I was there, so decided to have them take a look at this new issue. They called an hour later to say that they found leaks everywhere in the steering and that the entire steering needed replaced which would cost me over $1300. I was immediately skeptical.
Took the car to my brother who has been a Ford mechanic for 25 years and he found that one of the lines to the power steering was loose. He explained that they do not get loose on their own. Needless to say because of the loss of steering fluid I had to get a new power steering pump which was $140 installed.
It`s impossible to prove, but easy to surmise that someone loosened the line and the only person under the vehicle was a Firestone employees. You make the judgement!! I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
