had a terrible experience with Shenandoah Tire & Auto I usually went there for patching my tires, but then my car broke down so I took it to them to look at, I myself knew that I wasn`t getting a spark in my engine, when I told them this they didn`t even listen to me, they told me my engine had no compression so they needed to tear down the engine and find out the problem. I didn`t really think about it and thou... view moreght that this was the best thing to do, after they did this they told me it`d be cheaper to buy a new engine and swap it out since it`s a "4 banger". I told them I`m taking it somewhere else, they left my engine torn and they had to search around their shop for my parts. I took my car to a different mechanic and my engine did indeed have compression they didn`t need to tear down my engine at all.Well i`m not even a mechanic and the problem was the distributor and I knew it was that. Well the bill 740$ and if these idiots didn`t mess around it would of cost 400$ for a new distributor, never take your car to these idiots they try to screw you over and get as much money as possible, these are the people that give mechanics bad names.

I don`t know what the other person was talking about, becuase this person has never been anything but quick at getting back to us, getting our stuff done, being inexpensive, doing great work, and is a great business! i would HIGHLY recommend!
