Not so happy

Bought a 2012 Kia Sorento that had tons of scratches on it and even after they have worked on it twice there are still scratches. Also, they kept messing up paperwork and the price kept going higher and higher than the original paperwork I signed. They told me I could bring it back in to have the scratches worked on AGAIN, just very frustrating... Don`t think I`ll buy from here again.

5 Stars in Google = Too good to be true

I thought with such a high rating this would be a trusted dealership to purchase a vehicle from.

Two months after purchasing a vehicle, I took the vehicle into a reputable dealership to have a light bulb replaced and I learned that the vehicle`s valve cover gasket is leaking, the power steering pump is leaking, the coolant is low, the front coil springs are snapped, the bearings need to be replaced, the tail... view more lights need to be replaced and the 90,000 mile service has not been completed (by signs of the filters). I understand a few repairs may pop up after purchasing a pre-owned vehicle but with this many issues it seems like the vehicle was never even inspected. I expected with a Ford franchise involved, the dealership would have a higher standard for inspecting pre owned vehicles. I have purchased 25+ pre owned vehicles in my life and have never purchased a vehicle with so many issues.

Reasonable prices and a wonderful level of quality!

April was a wonderful salesperson. She made suggestions when we wanted them and allowed us time to think when we wanted to. This is our second Kia from Mike Finnin, and if Kia can maintain their level of quality and keep their prices reasonable, we`ll probably buy more!

Great experience!!

I was very satisfied with my car buying experience! April made sure that I drove off the lot with the vehicle that best fit my needs, and fit my budget!
