I purchased a brand new vehicle in January of 2013 out of state from Vaugh Automotive. At the time, communication between the sales rep. Tim Kirkman and the finance department was acceptable for doing business out of state. However, after the purchase contract was signed there was little if no communication in response from the sales rep. or finance department. I never received finalized copies of the contract as I r... view moreequested nor the window sticker (which was specifically asked to be mailed or placed in the vehicle) to date (now March 2013), The only reason this vehicle was not purchased locally in Texas was because of the value and options, however, I would not do business with this dealership again because of lack of communication following the purchase and not complying with my specific request after being told it would be done numerous times before the purchase and during the waiting time for delivery.
