Do not take your car here. They "fixed" my car by doing body work and replacing the damaged part with a new version of a part that matches a different car. It was noticeably different and they refused to fix it after doing terrible work and offering terrible service in the process of "explaining" their terrible work. The owner was incompetent and a moron. When I explained my viewpoint very dir... view moreectly and in easy to understand terms, he repeatedely said "I wasn`t making any sense" and he tried to claim its not his fault if the work his body shop did isn`t satisfactory. The kicker was he personally did the poor work on my car that wasn`t good enough. They refused to refund my money to have a more reputable body shop make the repairs they were unable to do. Overall, its one of the worst business experiences I`ve ever been apart of and I can`t believe they are allowed to stay in business because I think what they did to me was illegal. I suggest avoiding them in order to avoid a big headache and hopefully another body shop won`t rip you off the way this one will try to do.

Terrible Service and Work

I brought my 2005 Mitisibish Galant in for some minor body work. The owner of Acheson personally worked on my car and did substandard work. He used the wrong part for the repair, the end result was noticeably different than the rest of the car and worse than it should have looked. He refused to take ownership of the poor work and blamed me for not understanding why the finished repair work shouldn`t match the part of the vehicle that wasn`t damaged. They ripped me off and then refused to be liable for crappy work. When discussing how they were legally responsible for either completing the job or refunding my money, they made threats of calling the police and lying to them to tell them I had made threats against them as a pathetic attempt to get me to leave without refunding my money for terrible work. It was the most unprofessional and unethical business transaction I`ve ever been a part of. Don`t take your vehicle to Acheson unless you want to deal with scam artists.
