Worst experience ever!!!!

Buyers beware, or maybe you won`t have to be. My husband and I had the worst experience on this car lot. We were inquiring to an ad they had sent out. Unfortunately we were about an hour too late for the sale (mind you we called 20 minutes prior to arriving to make sure we were still eligible). I can get past that maybe the new guys didn`t know. We had several questions which the poor girl couldn`t answer. Finally the sales manager comes out introduces himself to my husband does not even ask me my name or try to shake my hand. He quickly looked over our car and gave us a low ball amount to get us off his lot. Can you believe that? No discussion of let`s look at some vehicles, what are you guys interested in... Or let us know what we can do for you. He was so rude. My husband and I drove to des Moines instead and bought a brand new vehicle from Stew Hansens. My recommendation by far is go to someone who wants your business. Noble must be booming because they had no time for us - the only ones on the lot. I couldnt not share our story. We wasted 45 minutes at this place I will never get back - I would hate for you to do the same.

Steer Clear of This Place

I went in to have a recall done on my Ford truck and they immediately use this as an opportunity to try to sell me their other services. They told me my truck was not running right. I knew that was a lie because I had just had it to my mechanic. They tried to sell me an oil change. I finally told them to just do the recall work. STAY AWAY

I afree with the others! They push you out the door once you have bought! All they say is ""Hey, you bought it as is"" 10 days after my purchase PROBLEMS!!! I have turned them in to the BBB. And will continue to make a mission to get these guys to follow decent business practices or get out of business. Bait and Switch

I went to look at this car last week on Tuesday, Dec. 28th but it was not there; they told me it was having the thermostat replaced and it would be back Thursday. I came back Thursday and it was still not there, they said they would call when it was back from being repaired. They called me on Tuesday, Jan. 4th and said it was back. I went to look at it on Wednesday after calling to make sure it was there. When I ... view moregot there, I was told the price went up to $13,500 ?ˆ“ (it was listed at $11,995) I was told by the sales guy it was still cheaper than the lowest priced within 500 miles. I got up and walked out. I am going to tell everyone who will listen what noble ford did and I will never buy anything from them - ever. And don`t you think they could have told me over the phone instead of wasting my time and mileage? (3 trips at 29 miles each way = 174 miles) And to think I was going to pay cash!

Noble Ford Mercury in Newton

I have never had better service from this dealership! They helped me out very slowly and steadily and at my pace. They were never pushy like more dealerships are! typical car dealer tell you what you want to hear

to whom it may concern.
i recently purchased a 2008 gmc from this dealer. although im under warantty and everything is covered they just want to sell you a product and push you out the door. once your out thats it. i spent over $38000 and i called them to tell them i had severeral problems. they did not care. passing me from one person to another complicating things. my recomendation is DONT BUY FROM NOBLE. the sa... view moreles manager TIM is a fast talker. i asked for a little refund for my troubles to go to a gm dealer far away and he didnt aknowledge that i asked them this. i asked them to change the oil in the vehicle and they gave me the runaround even though i had 1300 hudred miles to drive. if there were more of these vehicles around i wouldve brought this one back and bought elesewhere. last but not least dont you want the car dealer that your buying a $38000+ vehicle from to give you the attention you deserve instead of taking calls while you talk to them, steping out and just trying to squeeze you in when they get a chance?????
