It takes the service department many trips to get something done correctly. Even when you write out exactly what needs to be done, they will skip part of the repairs. Their Gold seal warranty is a joke. Plus, when they inspected the camper that we bought, before we could pick it up, they were supposed to go completely through the camper and make sure everything work right. Well, the roof had 2 holes in it, the skylig... view moreht had a crack (all these leaked water once we got it home), the battery wasn`t hooked up, and the water pump was busted from improper weatherization. So, I would say stay as far away from Ketelsens as you can. They are crooked.

Being that they are now the on...
Being that they are now the only brick and mortar RV dealership in town, the once friendly and reliable Marion dealership has grown up moved to CR and forgot it`s roots. Even when there were a few other RV dealerships around town, we bought everyone of our past RV?ˆ™s from Gray and his family and mainly serviced them all at the Ketelsen?ˆ™s dealership. So I was shocked that after so many years of faithful patronage, tha... view moret during my last few visits to Ketelsen`s I would be subjected to used car lot tricks; like bait and switch, high pressure sales and the like. The Service department is way overpriced and performs poor quality repairs that often requires multiple visits to get it done right. The sales staff (Barry Gibson specifically) are mainly interested in the sell and could care less about the customer or the customer relationship after the sell. On the up side you can get free popcorn so they have that going for them! Do yourself a favor, and look into RV internet sales, the cost is lower and the products selection will be better. If you need service, look for an independent repair shops. There are still a few around town that work only on RV?ˆ™s.
